Die UNI-CART® STABILIZER sind auf Grund der fortgeschrittenen und innovativen Bauart, ihrer Konkurrenz in punkto Präzision, immer einen Stich voraus. Jede einzelne Nadel wurde handgefertigt und durchlief einer strengen Qualitätskontrolle. Die Module wurden so entwickelt, das sie durch die innenliegenden Finnen eine optimierte Luftströmung gewährleisten können und ebenso eine weitaus verringerte Reibung erzeugen. Das bedeutet mehr Stabilität und ermöglicht gleichzeitig eine saubere Linienführung. Aufgrund des perfekten Abstandes zwischen Nadel und Gehäuse, kommt es zu einer hervorragenden Kapillarwirkung. Für das Gehäuse verwenden wir einen speziellen medizinischen Kunststoff, somit wird das Innere des Modulgehäuses besonders glatt, welches sich wiederum extrem positiv auf den Farbfluss auswirkt.

The UNI-CART® STABILIZER is one step ahead of the rest due to it's advanced and inovative design. Each needle is hand finished and inspected for a superior quality. This is not just another cartridge on the market which has been repackaged. The cartridge has been designed to guarantee and optimize airflow with it's internal fins and contact points on the stopper which also helps to ensure airflow and reduce friction. This in turn minimizes vibration and adds to stability and allows for a cleaner line and defined colour packing. Due to the perfect distancing between the needle and its casing we have created an excellent capillary effect for a smooth colour flow. The casing is made from high medical plastic, which reduces friction and it's smooth interior also aids in a possitive and clean colour results.
